From the Recreation Director By Elise Campbell Greetings Sun Lakers! We had FANTASTIC turnouts for the COVID-19 vaccines clinics. All of the allotted vaccines were distributed and the clinics ran very smoothly. We also had a wonderful turnout for the Virtual Comedy Show last month with Jason Love. Jason has always provided such great comedy and we can't wait to welcome him back on site for live and in-person performances. As I write this today (March 5, 2021), we are eagerly waiting on when the county will allow us to open our gyms, libraries, arts & crafts rooms, and other indoor facilities to you all. But I am happy to announce that we will have a Fourth of July Cart Parade & Celebration on the Veranda for Independence Day! Please see the article below for more details. Also, please keep in mind that all Recreation events and activities are subject to change based on the COVID-19 guidelines and protocols set by the state and county. | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | APRIL 2021 | 15 Tues., April 27, 9 am – 3 pm: In an effort to support Lifestream, we will be hosting another much needed blood drive.
