Young at Heart The Young at Heart club is having an "Ocho de Mayo Tacos and Margaritas" shotgun scramble golf tournament on Sat., May 8. Cut-off date for entries is May 1. Entrants may pick their own foursome. Golfers will be treated to margaritas during play. An awards dinner will follow. Complete details have been emailed to all members. We will be scheduling more activities to allow our members to safely come together for the kind of fun and camaraderie for which our events are famous. For info or to join Young at Heart, call Michele Walter at (951) 202-8009. Annual dues for new members are still just $10. YAY! Save the date, Fri., June 18, in the North Clubhouse! Yes, the waiting is over. We will be meeting for dinner and for laughter. It won't be like before, as there will be a new norm throughout the world. But we will be able to see our friends… to laugh… to play… and to enjoy the Social Singles. We can only have 50 people in attendance so get your reservations in early by calling Maggie Kline at 797-0694. More detailed information to follow in our May article. Don't forget we're going to have a contest for the most original mask, so rev your creativity up. We will be giving a $25 gift card good for our wonderful restaurant. Until we are all back together, the most important thing we can do is to keep in touch with each other. See what's going on with our friends with phone calls, by email and by Facebook. Our thanks go out to our President, Joan Blumenfeld, for calling our membership to keep in touch and to put a smile on our faces. She will continue to do this until we can be together again.
