JOB ANNOUNCEMENT!
The Cultural Alliance of the Pass is hiring an Executive Director.
This is a part time position at 20 hours per week. This person will
be responsible for oversight of the Banning Art Gallery, general
management of the organization operations and its mission,
report to and giving support to a Board of Directors, maintaining
and oversight of current programs, and exploring new programs
and events that provide financial support.
The Cultural Alliance's mission and purpose are cultivating a
dynamic artistic community and stimulating public appreciation,
patronage, and participation in the arts.
Some qualifications include:
• Interest in providing arts and culture to communities
• Administrative experience, including finance and personnel
• Organizational/community development experience
• Bachelor's degree desired + three years experience in paid
leadership role in non-profit, preferably as an executive director
• Word, Excel, and record keeping program knowledge
