TREASURER'S REPORT By Chuck Gordon
On behalf of the Finance Advisory Committee, Chuck Gordon presented the Jan. 31, 2021 Unaudited Interim Financial Statements
prepared by Associa/PCM. For presentation and discussion purposes, the Treasurer's Report is rounded to the nearest $000.
Note: The unaudited interim financial statements, prepared by Associa-PCM and reviewed by The Colony Board of Directors
and Finance Advisory Committee, are available in the Administration Office.
Delinquencies: There are currently 80 delinquent accounts for a total of $63,000. This total represents unpaid assessments and
fines owed to the Association. The Board addresses these accounts in Executive Session.
