After the COVID all-clear is given, the Safety Committee will schedule the training and get the word out for sign- ups. DID YOU KNOW that it's been 21 years since Life Magazine was last published? A walk down memory lane will remind us that Life was published weekly from 1883 until 1972 and then as an "intermittent special" until 1978 when it became a monthly until 2000. DID YOU KNOW that over the past 127 years, the third driest February in Riverside County was this year? According to the National Integrated Drought Information System at drought.gov, 93.96 percent of our county is in a severe drought status and 40.58 percent is in an extreme drought status. Another resource for additional information is droughtmonitor.uni.edu. It's only a matter of time that restrictions will be put back in place. Start saving water now. DO YOU REMEMBER where the Automated External Defibrillators are located? As we become more involved in activities at our facilities, this would be a good time to jettison the cobwebs in our memory banks and remember where the 10 AEDs are should they ever become necessary. As you visit our facilities, be on the look out for the AEDs at these locations. At The Lodge, the AEDs are located inside the entrance to the Ballroom, just outside the Library, across from RCN Computer Room, in the lobby of the Spa building, at the paddle tennis courts, and by the outside restrooms, past the shuffleboard courts. At The Summit, the defibrillator is located inside the front door to the left as you enter. At The Courts, one AED is located next to the front desk, another is by the tennis courts; and the third one is near the swimming pool restroom and outside shower.
