INTEREST GROUPS DISABLED RESIDENTS This group aims to help anyone with a disability or who needs to assist someone with a disability. We are a local network that provides information and resources, so that you can make more informed and educated decisions in your selection of candidates and government measures. Our mission is to present information regarding national, state and local issues. We are in alliance with other regional conservative organizations, including, San Gorgonio Pass Republican Women Federated, Unite Inland Empire and the Republican Party of Riverside County. For more information, contact us at: FourSeasonsRepublicans@gmail.com. *Note: The HOA does not have any officially recognized political club or group. However, California law changed and now requires associations to allow political interest meetings in HOA common areas. At our May general meeting, our guest speakers were Officer Robert Loza and CVP George Diggs. Their presentation was well received and our residents asked questions about what is happening in the Beaumont area. Thank you to the members of the Beaumont Police Department for taking the time to work with our Neighborhood Watch Steering Committee. Lynne Cesario, our new Assistant General Manager, was a surprise guest at our meeting. Lynne has an extensive background, and will be a definite asset to our management team. Welcome Lynne, and we hope you have a wonderful and successful career working with our residents of Four Seasons. The weather in our area is beginning to warm up so we need to stay hydrated especially when we are on walks, exercising, and playing sports. The June presentation will include Beaumont City Manager Todd Parton and members of the Beaumont Police Department. This meeting will be a good time to ask the city manager what is happening now in the city of Beaumont and surrounding areas, and what is planned for the future. Later this year, we plan to have Dr. Singh and Angela Brady from San Gorgonio Hospital present information on the COVID-19 pandemic, how the vaccinations are helping to minimize the spread of COVID, and what the San Gorgonio Hospital has done to combat the disease. Dr. Singh heads up the COVID team at San Gorgonio Hospital and Angela Brady is the Director of the Emergency Room and works with Dr. Singh and the hospital's COVID TEAM. Both Dr. Singh and Angela Brady presented information on Zoom during one of our Neighborhood Watch general meetings covering how the pandemic was affecting our community and how we could be better prepared to protect ourselves. Securitas is the new company responsible for the gate control at our Potrero gate. By the time this Breeze magazine is delivered to our community, the gate attendants will be asking for picture ID for all guests and vendors entering the Potrero gate. This process has been requested by many of our residents in the past, and we believe this will enable the HOA to better control who is coming onto the property. Please be patient with the new system and the gate attendants who have been asked to carry out the directions of the Board of Directors. Thank you to all our residents involved in Neighborhood Watch, our Block Captains, and our Steering Committee for all you do. Remember, if you see something, say something. ~ Jerry Monahan, (951) 212-8898 20 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JUNE 2021 Neighborhood Watch
