Bingo The purpose for the Bingo Club is for residents and friends to get together for an evening of fellowship and fun. Mark your calendars and plan on joining us for an evening of fun. Community Craft Fair Club The purpose of the club is to organize and facilitate our community craft fairs to provide an opportunity for residents to exhibit and sell their craft products. Library Club Our purpose is to maintain the community library located in the hallway outside the Ballroom. Third Tuesday of every odd month, 1:30 pm, Craft Room. Performing Arts Society Come join us. Be on-stage or back-stage. Act, sing, dance. It's all about the fun! Dues: $5/year. Pickleball is growing worldwide. The court is much smaller than tennis. Four players on a court use a paddle. A wiffleball goes back and forth over the net. Quilting Club Quilting Club Fellow Quilters and Wannabe Quilters. All is not lost, as soon as The Lodge is open again, we will continue our Friday Quilting Adventures from 9 am to 4 pm in the Craft Room. You may sign up at the front desk, or show up for a day or half day of sewing pleasure. The new Board will be planning events throughout the year, so stay posted for potential needling fun! Clubs New information in red Side Pocket Sisters Ladies Billiards Greetings Ladies of SDV: I would love to talk with you about the Ladies Billiards Club, Side Pocket Sisters. It is a group of great ladies with various levels of pool skills, and terrific levels of sisterhood. You don't have to have played pool before to learn how to play. We teach during the games, and it is an ongoing process. During the year, we host a Holiday Party, a Pool Party in the summer at the Reed's pool at their home, and four tournaments. If you are in The Lodge on Wednesday mornings, and hear a lot of laughing, occasional screams of delight or dismay, it is us, Side Pocket Sisters. Come join us. (We do charge exorbitant dues…$10/year). Contact: Edith Reed - 951.392.2131. Wednesdays, 9:30 am practice, 10 am Game Time. Tennis Club Guests are to be accompanied by a resident at all times. Players will meet and play with a variety of partners as our consummate goal is to have fun regardless of skill level, from beginners to seasoned players. To make use of our beautifully maintained courts, we encourage our membership to form their own tennis groups outside of the schedule below. Veterans and Friends Our club is made up of veterans and non-veterans who wish to show their appreciation and thanks for our military and veteran personnel for all they do.
