Our goal is to have all active Advisory Committees share their news here each month. Thank you in advance for everyone's participation! Library Advisory All libraries are now currently open 8 am to 5 pm seven days a week! We have a surplus of puzzles in the North Clubhouse, so feel free to donate some to family or friends until we have space available to accept more. Thanks to our volunteers who assisted in disposing the books left in the libraries during closing, and shelving prior to and since re-opening. We couldn't have done it without you and are very appreciative. FINALLY - another book sale on the Fourth of July in the Main Clubhouse Library! Please stop by and enjoy looking through the wide selection of books accumulated this last year since our last event. Master Architectural Remember that stack of reading material you received when you purchased your home at Sun Lakes Country Club? Included were the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Reservation of Easements (CC&Rs) Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, and other related material for Sun Lakes Country Club Homeowners Association (HOA). The documents describe the composition of the HOA and the responsibilities of the Board of Directors. We encourage you to become familiar with these documents as they also define your rights and responsibilities as a member of the Sun Lakes HOA. Located on the Sun Lakes website at sunlakescc.com under MEMBERS/Governing Documents/Rules & Regulations you will select ARTICLE I INTRODUCTION & DEFINITIONS. The role of the Master Architectural Committee is clearly stated in that document on page five. Last month we reported our role as we work closely with the Planning and Compliance Department. Should you want to make changes anywhere outside of your house, they will suggest the appropriate form to complete for our review. This time of year we receive a lot of house painting applications to review.
