| OHCC LIVING | JULY 2021 |23 Coloring Page Entries Thank you for brightening our day! Submitted by Sherri McDaniel Submitted by Batia Cagan Submitted by Yvonne Priest Submitted by Angie Babino Submitted by Pat Lawson Submitted by Ceil Forman It is looking to be a good summer as we all are finally able to use our Clubhouse and enjoy our wonderful facilities and activities. By the time of this publication, our Board should have received confirmations of the dates for our meetings and Annual November Party. Watch for details in our monthly club newsletters and following issues of this magazine. We are very excited that our first trip of the year will be to the Pageant of the Masters, a Travel Club favorite, on Tues., Aug. 3. While we have sold all our ticket inventory, we are accepting requests for the wait list. As plans do change, we have previously found that many people on the wait list actually do go on our trips. The sign-up sheet is in the Travel Club folder at the Clubhouse front desk. We are also looking at other trips later this year and into 2022. One we are considering is kicking off 2022 by going to the Rose Bowl Parade with Daytripper's. We would be picked up around 5 am here in our Overflow Parking Lot and driven to Pasadena. The bus parks less than one block from the stands where our seats would be. It is quite a sight to see the B-2 stealth bomber fly over the stands, as well as all the incredible floats. We need at least 35 people to go to have our own OHCC bus. We expect the cost to be around $245 and an additional $5 for non-members. There is no payment due at this time. If you think you would go on this trip, please send a note to dswginca@aol.com. We would like to see if we can get the required minimum of 35 people. We hope to see you soon at our meetings and on our trips around fabulous Southern California. ~ Judy Harris, Donna Wessel-Graham, Lynn Opelka, Callie Dean, and Judy Buoniconti, Travel Club Board Travel Club Stealth Bomber flying over the Rose Parade Rose Parade Float As we start to get back to normal activities, we're going to run coloring pages only as space allows. We've loved all your submissions. Now go out and have some fun!
