We can have 16 people. Be prepared to WEAR A MASK and SOCIAL DISTANCE. Bring your own snack and something to drink if you wish. New players are welcome and we will teach you how to play if you don't know how. We have been playing for the last two weeks and it certainly seems nice to play again. Hope all of you have been safe and well. We are ready to play and hope you are too. ~ Pat & Bill Hall Mah Jongg Club Oh, Happy Day! We are now able to play Mahjongg. Scrabble Hopefully we will be completely opened up and 'mask-free' by the time you read this article. Last month we were happy to welcome a new person to the group. Although the Scrabble group is rather small, we are hopeful that some of our new residents might be incentivized to come over to The Lodge and join us in a game or two now that things are opening up. Remember, exercising our brains is just as important as physical exercise. The Scrabble group meets on Monday afternoons at 3:30 pm in The Lodge Multipurpose Room. For more information, contact Bobbie Davis at (951) 223-3836 or misserdog@outlook.com. 26 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | JULY 2021 | 20-20 Hand & foot canasta From what I read in the paper this morning, Riverside and San Bernardino counties are not available to return to normal yet. If this is true, June 15 date with the governor will not be good for us. So I am wondering if everyone would just like to wait until we all can play or continue to play with only 16 people. I suppose we have time to think it over. Any questions, call me Billye at (951) 926-8880. Bid Whist Club The Bid Whist Social Club meets the first Friday of every month from 2 to 5:30 pm in the Game Room at The Lodge under the following conditions: • Use of the Card Room is limited to 16 participants. • No potluck meals. If you are having a snack like nuts or chips they must be individually packaged- no main bowl for sharing. • Masks must remain on. • Please wash/sanitize your hands. • Do not attend if you are feeling sick. • Club leaders will make sure items are sanitized between games. Currently, you are asked to bring your own set of three dice, along with your own snack and drink. This is subject to change in the future. Hopefully we will be able to resume play in the Card Room instead of the Ballroom. Signs will be posted for the current location at the time. We always welcome new players.
