Ingredients:
• ¼ Cup apple cider or white vinegar
• 3 Tablespoons olive oil
• 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
• ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
• Salt and pepper to taste
• One 14-ounce bag of tricolor coleslaw mix
Directions:
Whisk the vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper
together until well blended. Make sure the sugar is
completely dissolved.
Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mix and toss well to
coat. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
Easy Vinaigrette Coleslaw
Here is a light and tangy coleslaw with a colorful mix
of two cabbages and shredded carrots. Serves 6. Prep
time 2 minutes plus 1 hour chilling time.
