By Irma Rabago, Interim GM
I was pleasantly surprised at how many of you made the trip to the Lodge
to visit with me at the July Coffee with the GM. It was great to see smiling,
new and familiar faces. I will continue to have the informal gatherings
every month in the Ballroom and possibly add some treats. Several topics
were discussed, let me assure you, I hear you. As the Management Team is
settling into their new roles and space, we are picking up momentum. We are
here to serve Solera Diamond Valley and even though the movement may be
slow right now, we are moving forward. Thank you for the support, words of
encouragement and most of all for your patience. I look forward to seeing you
all month after month.
One of the topics that has come up is that the timers for the sprinklers and
the light at the Bocce Ball Court have not been set properly. Bocce Ball Club
has been playing in the dark and getting soaked. YIKES! Both issues have
since been resolved as of last month, no more surprise dark showers for Bocce
Ball Club.
Currently, the website is being updated with the financials and minutes.
Moving forward we will be adding all email blast to the website as well in order
to keep consistency and to streamline communication for the community in
one place.
