What a great time… and a great BBQ afterwards. We are an amazing club with members that keep giving and giving. Thank you all that participated in these events. As we move forward into summer and fall look forward to more social events currently being planned by our Board. From the Secretary – Irene Becker: Our club celebrated our first social event since early 2020 and we had a great turnout! A BBQ was held on June 29 at The Lodge after our yearly Red, White and Blue Scramble golf game earlier in the day. We sold over 100 tickets for hamburgers, hot dogs, coleslaw and potato salad, with beer, wine and other drinks. A big THANK YOU to Vivian Ceballos who coordinated the event. Thank you all who helped with shopping, cooking, bringing in the food, and clean up! We could not have done it without you! We hope that other golf members would consider coordinating an event for the club. You'll have lots of helpers to make our event successful. From the Greens Liaison – Larry Becker: Our course condition continues to improve. The staff and maintenance crew at Hemet Golf Club are working diligently on a daily basis. Everyone please do his or her part and assist by filling divots and repairing more than one ball mark on the greens. From the Tournament Chair – Elliot Yaeger: We are starting at 7:30 am for our Tuesday games. Here is the August schedule.
