We truly appreciate the donations we receive to keep
our Library up to date, and we strive to keep it looking
neat and orderly.
During the COVID pandemic, however, all donations
were accepted in what was known as the "Little Library,"
regardless of copyright dates. As a result, we have
become overwhelmed with the number of older books
received. We cannot keep books with a copyright date
older than 2014. So, please check those dates! We hate to
discard items someone else may use and enjoy.
In the past, we took all older books to the Murrieta
Friends of the Library Bookstore, but they also
are now dealing with an excess of books. We
would like to suggest you donate your older
books to your favorite charity or thrift store.
