56 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | SEPTEMBER 2021 We finished an in-depth study of the Book of Hebrews at the end of July and we all learned so much such as why the priests were selected from the Tribe of Levi, what each of the five sacrificial offerings were under the Levitical system (burnt offering, grain offering, peace offering, sin offering and trespass offering), and what they represented. We reflected back to Abel, Abraham, Moses, to Noah and others who were amazing examples of Godly faith. It was such a wonderful study, and we all feel blessed to have participated. The first Friday in August we began a new series: "How to Be an Amazing Daughter of God." In this study, each week we will discuss different traits that make a Godly woman. The first week we talked about confidence, the second compassion, then character, and calling. In September we will discuss four more topics, which altogether, hopefully, inspire us to be better women, feel better about ourselves, and live better. If you are interested in attending Bible study with a group of truly outstanding and beautiful women here at Four Seasons, please drop by the game room any Friday from 10:30 to 11:45 am, bring your version of the Bible, and participate with us. We know you will each be blessed. ~ Eileen Gilbert-Antoine, (951) 922-6829 or egcellent@msn.com "Believe…" Women's Bible Study Intercessory Prayer group Greetings intercessors, friends, and neighbors! I hope this issue of the Breeze finds you well. The pressure of all that is going on around us seems hopeless sometimes because of sickness, distress, finances. When this happens, we need to sing songs of praise and songs of joy. There was a time we could only listen to music on the radio, but now all we need to do is pick up our cell phone and listen to iTunes, YouTube, or Pandora. A special friend who knows you very well is always ready to be there with a listening ear, a kind word, or speaking words of comfort that you so badly need and sharing funny memories of your high school days. Our prayer group is here to pray with you and agree with you, listen to you no matter what you are going through; sometimes it's not easy to tell your closest friend what you are going through. Our first calling as an intercessor is found in 1 Corinthians 13. I am going to share a few verses that describe our mission; they are found in verses 1, 2, 3, and 4 taken from the New Living Translation: "If I could speak all the languages of earth and angels, but didn't love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. [The latter in verse 2 says;] and if I had such faith that I could move mountains, but didn't love others, I would be nothing, if I gave everything I have to the poor and even sacrificed my body, I could boast about it; but if I didn't love others, I would have gained nothing. Love is patient and kind. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance." This is our mission, and this is our calling. Come and join us at The Lodge on the first Monday of each month at 9 am in the Game Room. You can reach me at eaglewatchwb@aol.com. ~ Cookie Bonner
