How fortunate we are to not only to live in a beautiful community,
but to have games that we can play even though we are old and
decrepit. Paddle Tennis is one of those games. And what an amazing
group of people; we all get along and all enjoy each other's play.
This month we started our 'Learn to Play' class directed by Paco,
Tracy, and Lizzy. Looks like there will be a lot more players joining
our fun. We now have approximately 15 regular players and eight
beginners. We are hoping that soon they will join the main group
that plays Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday starting
at 6:30 pm.
In July, we had over 20 players who showed up to play so we had
to queue our paddles for people to play. (Lined up the paddles with
names on them in the fencing for next ups.).
