| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | OCTOBER 2021 | 25 SASY is strength training only. There are 12 exercises to tone legs, arms, and torso. We are gratefully back in the Ballroom! Anyone who has had the privilege to know this fun group will tell you that we enjoy each other and this time together! If you have been told that there is a lot of conversation that goes on, they are right! This class is free. We meet in The Lodge Ballroom at 8:30 am every Tuesday and Thursday. If you have questions regarding this class, please call Jeanne Lincoln (765-7112) or Char Weakley (926-2599). Strong Adults Stay Young (SASY) Needle Me The Art Gallery Cabinet at The Lodge is now displaying many beautiful hand-crafted items from the Needle Me group. I have to admit that I really wasn't sure how this would work out, but with a lot of help from Brenda Beers and Tracie Rodgers, everything turned out much better than I ever expected. If you haven't already stopped by to take a peek, please try to do so before the end of October. With autumn just around the corner, it's a great time to pick up some yarn and put those hands to work creating something warm and beautiful. If you're interested in crocheting, knitting or some other type of needle craft, stop in and join us for a couple of hours. It's not only therapeutic, it's also very social. We're a very casual group. If there's a time you just don't feel like coming, or can't make it, no problem! We meet the first and fourth Friday of each month from 1 to 3 pm in The Lodge Arts & Crafts Room. If you have any questions, contact Bobbie Davis at (951) 223- 3836 or Maggie Fussell at (951) 388-7640. Healthy Living Dave and Karen Tuvim have been hosting this program for a number of years now. If you are looking for a group that concentrates on general well-being, (state of being comfortable, healthy/happy) then please join us. Meetings are held every Wednesday at 9 am. We often meet in the Multipurpose Room but occasionally our location changes. Our program has been adjusted for the time being. We share our concerns and lifestyle changes. Please come and join us as we are looking for new members. We will be changing our program format from time to time, but we still endeavor to pass along interesting and informative articles on health. If you have any questions about our program, please contact: Dave and Karen Tuvim at (626) 710-7163.
