Proposed Garage Door Accessories The Architectural Control Committee has proposed a guideline for garage door accessories. Specifically, this pertains to the magnetic hinges and handles homeowners are attaching to their garage doors. Approved proposed guidelines to be published for 30 day member comment. Proposed Driveways and Walkways The Architectural Control Committee is proposing guidelines for homeowners to install new driveways, front walkways, and side walkways. The ACC has been working on this item at the request of the Board. The newly proposed rules and regulations for driveways & walkways details types of materials that can be used and combinations of designs that will be allowed. In addition, a "Driveways, Front Walkways, and Side Walkways" book has been prepared by Management Staff that can be checked out by homeowners to show the designs and materials that can be used. Article 22—Driveways, Front Walkways and Side Walkways The Board of Directors is encouraging homeowners to maintain the value of their homes and to continue the pride of ownership throughout our community. In response to inquiries to the ACC from homeowners about making changes to driveways, front walkways and side walkways, using material other than the standard concrete installed by the builders of the homes (see list). (See Recommended Rule Changes) Proposed Decorative Accessories Rules The Architectural Control Committee has rewritten the original submission to the Board regarding Decorative Accessories at the Board's request. The committee is seeking approval of the updated version/additions. This proposed rule is necessary to address various rules regarding decorative accessories that currently contain vague and/or non-specific guidelines. Approved proposed guidelines to be published for 30 day member comment. A final ruling will be made at the November 2021 meeting. (See Recommended Rule Changes.) 2020-21 Fiscal Year Financials Audit and Tax Preparation Approved. Final audit will be mailed out to homeowners by the end of August 2021.
