Little River Band The Basix The Basix have been performing for over 13 years, and have become one of LA's top four-piece cover bads. They are a high energy dance band who appeal to all ages with their rich vocals and polished intrumentation. All the musicians are professionals, having music degrees and who perform with label quality and authenticity. July 4 Little River Band was formed in Melbourne, Australia in 1975. It was originally a blend of musicians who had enjoyed success in other Australian acts. Their focus was to get airplay on American radio, and they achieved that goal with good songwriting, powerful vocals, and guitar harmonies. They are famous for songs such as "It's a Long Way There," "Help Is on Its Way," "Happy Anniversary." July 10 Wilson Phillips Wilson Phillips first appeared in 1990 flaunting a harmony-rich sound that helped send three singles from their first album — "Hold On," "Release Me," and "You're in Love" — to the top of the Billboard charts. Unfortunately, Wilson Phillips' time in the spotlight was short-lived. Their sophomore album, 1992's Shadows & Light, went platinum but quickly faded from the charts. Luckily the musicians reunited in 2003 and just celebrated their 20th anniversary with their latest album, Dedicated. Join us on July 4, to help kickoff our Summer Concert Series! Uncle Kracker Uncle Kracker (Matthew Shafer) had performed alongside Kid Rock since 1994, and both favored a combination of funky, post-grunge rock with a hip-hop aesthetic. In 2001, he stepped into the spotlight with his solo debut Double Wide, and with the help of his Top 10 hit "Follow," the album went double platinum.
