16 | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | OCTOBER 2021 | I am excited to join Sun Lakes Country Club and FirstService Residential as your new Recreation Director. My background is in outdoor hospitality (RV Resorts & Marinas for 12+ years), most recently I was at Sunland RV Resorts. Over the years, I have been involved in the planning and execution of resort-wide events in addition to smaller group/club functions. Last year, I relocated from San Diego to Palm Springs and I am still getting acclimated to the warmer weather. I still have some family in the San Diego area, which is great as now I am the tourist and get to go sightseeing to my favorite places. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, sharing our favorite recipes, books, and movie tidbits. I look forward to meeting everyone; stop by to say hello. I know that with the awesome team and residents at Sun Lakes Country Club we are going to have a fun and exciting year. ~ Kara Lukasik Recreation Director Article: Please note: All Recreation events and activities are subject to change based on the COVID-19 guidelines and protocols set by the state and county of Riverside.
