Senior Fitness Club Swim, Surf & Wellness Frequent users of the OHCC pool may have noticed a new sign on the gates. There has been some confusion about permitted activities during various times of the day. The main thing to know, according to the Recreation Department, is that during Open Swim times, ALL forms of swim exercise are permitted, even though the lane markers have been removed. That includes lap swimming and any type of water exercise, as well as enjoying our beautiful pool and SoCal sunshine with noodles and flotation belts. Restricted times are 6 to 8:45 am which is only open to lap swimmers. Pick up a current pool schedule in the Clubhouse for this updated information. And please be courteous and respectful to other pool users at all times. Waveriders: Email body boarder Tim Pentel, timpentel@yahoo. com, to get on the Waveriders list for impromptu wave riding email alerts. This includes surfing, SUP (stand up paddle boarding), body boarding, and body surfing. A flotation belt is required for the Friday class. Please contact Leesa for more information at aqualeesa@gmail.com Swim Lessons: Have you ever wished that you knew how to swim?
