Holidays

Tuesdays and Thursdays are for riding the OHCC
Shuttle. It's free, wheelchair accessible and comes to your
home. Residents are taken to great shopping destinations.
Grand Plaza (Las Posas) in San Marcos offers Bed,
Bath and Beyond, Party City, Ross and many other
destinations as shown on the 2021 Bus Schedule.
Shuttle bus, driver John, will help load and unload
your packages "store to door." Call the Clubhouse at (760)
758-8772 by 3 pm the day before your desired trip. Join
the shopping fun before the holidays come!
Inspiration Hill
As we walk the trail at Inspiration Hill, we are always impressed by the
varied community inspirations as expressed on the Donor Bricks. The trail
begins by honoring our pioneer OHCC Founders, and continues with those
who so bravely served us. There are bricks honoring family members, beloved
pets, and favorite universities.
What is your inspiration? The HOA continues to take orders for your own
personalized bricks. Fill out an order form at the HOA office, and include a
check for $75. Your inspiration brick will help line the trail to the top of the hill!
Do you need a temporary loan of medical equipment? Helping Hands
maintains an inventory of wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes and shower
chairs for people living in Ocean Hills Country Club. Call one of the volunteers
listed at the end of this article and we will deliver to your door at no cost to you.
You can help a neighbor in OHCC by donating a clean, serviceable item that
you are no longer using to Helping Hands.
