Our first Solera Sippers event since February 2020, an Oktoberfest, was
held in October. One hundred and eleven members attended the event
and enjoyed an evening of Bavarian-themed food and danced to the
music of a local DJ.
I would like to welcome twenty-two new members that have joined
the Sippers as of this article. Our club welcomes new members, whether
or not you enjoy drinking a great glass of wine or another choice of
beverage. The Sippers is a club that has fun and occasionally enhances
your knowledge about wine.
This month's event will be a Happy Hour on Nov. 13 and our Holiday
Party will be held on Dec. 11. Both of these events are certain to be great
events for our members. Looking forward, monthly events for 2022 will
include "Wine Bingo" in January and our Membership Party in March.
The Solera Sippers club web page on the Solera website is constantly
being updated so please make sure to check it out. In addition to upcoming
events, the web page also includes an application for membership as well
as current membership guidelines.
Please remember that the Solera Sippers require members to
supply proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to take part in events.
Additionally, we are currently limiting the number of members at a table
for an event being held in the Oakmont Clubhouse.
