COMMITTEE NEWS | LIFE IN SOLERA | NOVEMBER 2021 | 7 Here we are at the beginning of November and a busy holiday season is ahead. We are hopefully able to enjoy the company of our family and friends during the next couple of months. A few reminders help make this time enjoyable: • Give your guests the GPS address for the main gate, 1550 Fairway Dr, Beaumont, CA 92223. Once they are at the main entrance, they can use your address in GPS. • Use Gate Sentry Access System to add your guests to either your permanent or temporary guest list. • If you do not use Gate Sentry, use our website Guest Pass system to give authorization for their entry, or call down to the main gate to authorize their access. • All three options require they show identification unless their identification is already in Gate Sentry. • Remind your guests to follow driving and parking rules. Please refer to the Design Guidelines before putting up holiday decorations outside your home. 5.16 Holiday/Decorating: "In accordance with the Rules & Regulations appropriate decorations may be displayed outside a residence to commemorate recognized holidays. Decorations may be displayed for 14 days prior and three days after the holiday. For December holidays, decorations may be displayed at a residence beginning the weekend after Thanksgiving and must be removed by Jan. 10." Also: 5.10 Exterior Lighting: "…Exterior string, rope, and lantern lighting is not permitted except during the December holidays…" There is a house and yard decoration contest held each year. Please watch for notices regarding the judging and contest information. There are several holiday events at the Clubhouse. Watch for notices, eblasts, and flyers for event information. Ambassadors will contact new residents who registered during October, after Nov. 12, to schedule a visit to receive a Welcome Book. The ambassadors will contact new residents registering in the months of November and December at the end of January 2022. We would like to remind all residents who have moved in during 2020 and 2021, who did not request a Welcome Book, are welcome to contact the office to request one.
