With the Annual Meeting on Dec. 9 fast approaching, I wanted to provide the
election timeline. By now, you should have received the Notice of Nominating
Procedure/Call for Candidates. Please see below for the Election Timeline:
Sept. 3 - Notice of Nominating Procedure
Oct. 5 - Nomination Deadline
Oct. 8 - Candidate List Finalized/Notice of Meeting and Candidate List Sent
Nov. 8 - Voter List Finalized/Ballot Material Sent
Dec. 9 - Voting Deadline/Election Date
Please note, the layout and style of the notices and ballots will be different
than what you have received in the past. If you have any questions about any
election materials you receive or if you do not receive the election materials,
please contact the management office for assistance.
If you attended the Committees, Clubs, and Groups meeting on Sept. 8
you know that the Solera Diamond Valley Governing Documents require an
Annual Audit of the SDV Organizations. Management also needs to update
the Reservation Book for the upcoming year, so we thought this is a great
time to complete that process as well. Deadline to turn in all paperwork for
Committees, Clubs, and Groups is Oct. 15. If you have any questions please

Speaking about Clubs, Bingo is back! Big shout out to the Bingo Buddies
and Sam for bringing it back to life, we all know it was not easy, but in the end
it all came together beautifully.
