Volunteers Group Perfect for new residents looking for entry into the "casual group" atmosphere, or any homeowner who can spare an hour or two to help make our events a success. No need to commit to every event-help when you can! We decorate, set tables, dish up potlucks… no moving furniture nor heavy lifting. First Monday, 1 pm, Silverwood Room. Walking Group Indoor Walking has reconvened! If you are looking to exercise more without braving the elements or overexerting yourself, then look no further. Our very own resident Reynold Belding is hosting a stationary walking class here at SDV. This class is for any person willing to move their feet. Contact: Reynold Belding - 951.925.5484. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10 am, Stonecreek Room. Water Volleyball Beginners welcome! Join us for fun, exercise and a great way to get to know your fellow neighbors. Tai Chi Class Tai Chi is a slow-motion, meditative practice with many benefits for health, including improved focus, balance and energy, self-awareness, and achieving a calmer state of mind. Through low-impact movements, breathing and concentration, this traditional Chinese exercise can enhance your energy and clarity.
