We carry important meetings live, such as monthly Master Board, monthly District Delegate Assembly, and Town Hall meetings and normally post them for replay within 24 hours. We have also been producing monthly Admin Updates with Chris Mitchell (General Manager) and Jason Ewals (Assistant General Manager), Coffee with the GM where Chris answers questions from the community, periodic Staff Spotlights, golf news and tips, and regular Club and Group updates to help you publicize your events. You may send your questions for Chris and Jason or any other staff member to SLCCQuestionS@gmail.com. They will be directed to the appropriate person for reply or answered in the next video segment. We are always working to improve Channel 97 content so that it is more convenient for you to find content you are looking for. It is a challenging, manual process that Bob Murri spends countless hours of his retired life working on. While we are always striving to improve, please continue to spend a few minutes a day viewing the crawl for important community updates. One last note regarding Welcome Home: Restaurant management has informed us that they will not be able to support a dinner for new residents before the end of the year due to continued lack of staff, so look for one to be scheduled in early 2022. Golf Advisory Sun Lakes Country Club is home to two well-maintained golf courses for use by residents and their guests. The Championship Course is an 18-hole course featuring six sets of tees playing from 4,504 to 6,998 yards that makes it very inviting for players of all skill levels. This course features well-groomed fairways and challenging greens that make this course difficult yet friendly. The Executive Course, playing at 3,000 yards, is fun and challenging. The ravine, ponds, and bunkers that come into play on this gem of a course will provide you with a uniquely enjoyable golf experience. The Championship Course is home to four golf clubs for residents to join. The Men's Club plays every Wednesday on Men's Day with member tournaments held on the first Wednesday and third Saturday of the month. The Women's Club plays every Thursday with regular events and an additional tournament on the first Saturday of the month. The Lady Niners also play every Thursday with a nine-hole event. The Couples Club plays every Sunday with a large variety of fun tournaments. The Executive Course is home to three golf clubs for residents to join. The Ladies Executive Golfers play every Tuesday. The Executive Men's Club plays on Friday with a tournament held on the third Friday of the month. The Saturday Morning Golf Group is open to all residents. Golfers of all skill levels are welcome by these clubs. Regular member tournaments and social activities are held by all of these clubs providing you the opportunity to meet your neighbors.
