Happy Holidays! Merry Christmas! Santa Claus is coming!
Santa began in Europe when the only way to get kids to behave
was by not giving them the gifts you promised them so then the
blame went to Santa. Cartoonist Thomas Nast, who first drew
pictures of Santa Claus, made lots of mistakes. Any intelligent
child would see right through them. Why is Santa fat? A thin
Santa would make sense coming down a chimney. A chimney —
with fire at the bottom? The first house with Santa's reindeer on
the roof would be his last, or maybe he could use the front door.
Looks like somebody forgot what this article was about. The Sun
Lakes Creative Writers Group. We meet in the Main Clubhouse
Multipurpose Room with the purpose of sharing our writings
with other like-minded people. Meetings from 3 (the one in
the afternoon) to 5 on the first Monday and third Wednesday of
