But trying to plan a holiday menu while decorating for the season and entertaining friends and family can be stressful. If you're looking for irresistible recipes for the holiday meal, we've got you covered, from appetizers to desserts. Here is a selection of favorites from past Chef 's Corner recipes. Note that the month and year that each of the following recipes appeared in the Breeze is listed by the name of the recipe. To obtain complete copies of these recipes just follow the steps listed at the bottom of the article to print them at home. Alternatively, copies of the recipes may be picked up at The Lodge front desk. 18 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | DECEMBER 2021 Holiday Menu Guide FOR COPIES OF THE COMPLETE RECIPES: Log onto the Four Seasons website at fourseasonsbeaumont.org Sign in (if you are not yet registered, click on Register on the Sign- In Page. Place cursor on the category General in the header, a drop-down menu will appear, click on Breeze. The page that comes up will have Breeze Library, depending on the date of the recipe, click on Current Year or Archives. Clicking on Current Year will bring up all issues from 2021. Click on the appropriate PDF issue. Then go to the Chef 's Corner recipe in that issue. Print the recipe. Clicking on Archives will bring up a list of all past issues. Clicking on the year desired will bring up all issues published in that year. Once that menu appears, click on the issue desired. Go to the Chef 's Corner recipe. Print the recipe.
