Our first item of business is an apology and correction from our
November article. In this article the Committee spotlighted our
Management support, Maria Donti. We apologize for misspelling her
name. The correct spelling is Donti. Likewise, the correction to her
email address is: maria.donti@fsresidential.com
Now, happy holidays to all! The season of cheer is upon us. The
Architectural Review Committee (ARC) sends good tidings to all and
wishes for a safe and healthy holiday season.
Exterior holiday décor is NOT subject to review by the ARC. Have
fun, express your creativity, and enjoy your homes during this season
of good will and spirituality. Holiday décor is allowed for a period of
30 days prior to the holiday to 30 days following the holiday.
We send our best wishes to all for a lovely season of lights, color,
and contemplation. And Happy New Year - 2022 will be upon us
soon, and hopefully a return to normal life and activities.

Your EPC presented a free BBQ on Oct. 21 to present information
about the Great Shakeout (Annual International Earthquake
Preparedness Exercise) and ideas on what homeowners can do to help
mitigate fire dangers to their homes. At the BBQ it was announced
that Four Seasons of Hemet was awarded Fire Wise Certification.
In November and December, we curtail our activities to enjoy the
year-end holidays. Wishing everyone a happy holidays.
Our Mission: The Community Emergency Response Team
(CERT) Program is designed to increase individual and community
preparedness and self-reliance in the event of man-made or natural
disasters. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has
officially recognized CERT as an important part of a community's
disaster preparedness readiness.
Four Seasons CERT continues to need your participation. Become
a Street Captain or CERT Auxiliary. Step up. Be a part of the best
