As 2022 approaches the Solera GC is looking forward to our annual Christmas party Dec. 4. As COVID has started to wane, we are hoping to have a great turn out. As in previous years, the club will be collecting unwrapped Christmas toys that will be donated to Carol's Kitchen in Beaumont. The club has decided to play at some additional courses in the area. We have added Soboba, Yucaipa and the Hemet GC to our rotation in addition to Oak Valley and Tukwet. Makes for a nice change of scenery and the longest drive is about 25 minutes. Weekly golfers participating usually number between 20 to 28. Always room for more! Any golfers out there that would like to join us on Tuesday mornings please contact Richard Crowe at (951) 769 1580 for that weeks' course and tee time. At our annual October dinner and election of the Board of Directors the winners of our 2021 tournaments were announced and presented with their trophies and winnings. The results of the election were: Club President for 2022 remains Richard Crowe; VP is Jim Karalun; Treasurer is Marty Andersen; Tournament Chairman is Merele Chapman; and Asst. Tournament Chairman is Jim Parker. The office of Secretary is awaiting a volunteer. ~ Rick Cronholm, BOD Secretary GOLF CLUB 34 | LIFE IN SOLERA | DECEMBER 2021 | CLUBS & GROUPS Tournament winners John Dockery, low net, David Scott low gross, and Alan Forbes match play
