The Board of Directors are pleased to announce two new Keystone staff members
who joined us on Nov. 30. First, we have a new General Manager, Loni Peterson, who
holds four credentials in HOA management and has had several years of experience
managing Homeowner Associations. Second, we have a new Recreation Director,
Amanda Morgan, who previously served several years as Senior Recreation Leader
for the city of Banning. We are looking forward to everyone meeting our new staff
members.
December continues to be a busy month as we are continuing to look at ways to cut
our water costs and our electrical cost. We are also investigating a better entry system
for our community. We have hired an arborist to check for safety hazards with our
pine trees and sycamore trees on Fairway Drive.
As we begin the new year, one of the areas we will be addressing will be the first
steps of our Election Rules for our Association. The Election Rules are published
on our website (soleraovg.com). There will be two open positions for our Board of
Directors in May 2022. Management will begin sending out information later this
month.
Our Communications and Technology Advisory Committee has established
a survey for Residents that is very important for the future of our community.
This survey will assist the Committee as they determine areas of need for better
communication with residents. The survey is available on our website, in the Life in
Solera magazine and in the Mail Room.
The Board of Directors wishes everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Healthy
