CTAC has created a COMMUNICATIONS SURVEY and want to get as many residents to complete it as possible If you haven't taken the survey yet, we ask that you go to the Solera website at www.SoleraOVG.com and click on the COMMUNICATIONS SURVEY link or you can pick up a paper survey in the Mail Room or fill out the form below. If you opt to complete the paper survey, you can place it in the box placed in the Mail Room when completed. It will only take a minute or two out of your day to help us out. The survey has been designed to see which communication methods available to residents are being used and/or which methods are preferred by residents. These methods include: • Solera Website • Solera TV Channel (currently not operational) • Life in Solera magazine • Board/GM Email Notifications • Flyers in the Mail Room • Bulletin Boards • "Next Door" • Board Meetings • Zoom Meetings • Training Meetings Effective communication in a community such as ours is critical. We appreciate your help on this important matter. We want to hear from you and hope you have a happy holiday season. NOTE: The CTAC Committee currently has two openings. If you have interest in serving on this committee complete an Interest Form that can be picked up in the Administrative Office.
