All times are approximate depending on number of passengers. At this time, we will be limiting ridership. There must be a minimum of 2 passengers per trip and a maximum of 10 passengers per trip. There is no fee to ride the shuttle bus. Face mask shall be worn when on the shuttle. When reserving a ride, be sure to inform whether wheelchair accommodations are needed. Other stops may be requested if located along the route. By Carol Jones Every Tuesday and Thursday morning and afternoon, the shuttle services offer OHCC residents easy shopping trips locally. Driver John will pick you up directly from your home. He will even help unload your purchases after shopping. We're listening! How to get your voice heard... We're aware that many residents may have issues or concerns that they would like to be addressed, but may not know how to get answers. You can review the Homeowner's Handbook of Rules and Regulations to help you get some answers. Here's an overview of some steps to get your voice heard. First, you'll need to identify whether the issue falls under the responsibility of your Village or the Master Board/ HOA. Village: handles all issues regarding your front yards, roofs, village assessments. Master: handles all issues regarding the Common Areas of the community, amenities, and global community issues. If you are unsure, just contact the HOA Office and we can make sure the appropriate person receives the concern. In all cases, monthly Master Board meetings and quarterly Village Board Meetings provide a forum for you to address issues that concern you. You must be an owner to speak during the Homeowner Forum. You will receive an agenda for each meeting to advise you of the time, location, and topics to be discussed. Watch the Master Board Meeting on Channel 1960.
