38 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JANUARY 2022
We rescheduled our photo outing to the Noah Purifoy Desert Art
Museum of Assemblage Art. It will provide us with a wide range
of photo possibilities. Noah Purifoy was a co-founder of the Watts
Tower Center. The outdoor museum in Joshua Tree is a collection of
his large-scale sculptures constructed from junked materials.
An in-person club meeting is scheduled for January. The challenge
for members is to submit three pictures showing the subjects they
like to photograph.
In January, we are restarting our twice-a-month Work Study Group
via Zoom meetings. The Work-Study group meets via Zoom on the
second and fourth Thursday at 4 pm. The sessions cover planning
future club activities and photo editing in Adobe Photoshop and
related programs. In addition, anyone who has a photography
question is welcome to join us. Contact Jacque for meeting times
and dates for the Work-Study Group.
This month's photos demonstrate the varied range of images
possible on a single subject. Both were taken during a photo shoot
with the Four Seasons Motorcycle Club. Each is a unique view from
the event.
A special thanks to Jacque for organizing all our meetings. She
continues her role in scheduling meetings and keeping everyone
informed. Lyle Cameron is our Zoom Master. Howard Levine sets
up photo outings. I am writing these articles and selecting photos
for the Breeze.
If you have not received our emails, contact Jacque Sneddon at

mailing list. ~ John Baeyertz, ohnbz1453@gmail.com
