62 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JANUARY 2022 As you are reading this article, it is the beginning of 2022 and we will have made it through all of the previous year-ending holidays and parties. I want to take this opportunity to wish everyone a healthy, happy, and prosperous New Year. One of my wishes for this new year is that the construction of the new shuffleboard courts and the landscaping around these courts be completed so that we can all play there in a safe manner. We are working on creating a master plan and getting cost estimates for all of the areas surrounding the four new shuffleboard courts. If anyone has made or is thinking of making a New Year's resolution to get in better physical shape or to get out and be more social, then please consider shuffleboard. It is an easy game to learn and play and there is a great group of people already participating in this activity who are very welcoming of new players. We choose up new teams every time we play so this gives everyone an opportunity to meet and socialize with different fellow Four Seasons residents while getting some mild exercise and plenty of fresh air. So after your morning coffee or breakfast, come out and join us. We play every Monday and Saturday mornings at 9 am at the shuffleboard courts at The Lodge. Again, all are welcome.
