| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | JANUARY 2022 | 25 Greetings as we jump (rather carefully) into the new year! Capturing the joy of this group is not difficult – instructions for picture taking is, well, just what you see! The SASY program is strength training only. There are 12 exercises to tone legs, arms, and torso. Class time is one-half hour. SASY is not for everyone. So, if you like a serious workout, we just move to the special beat of friendship and simply enjoy each other. This class is free. We meet in The Lodge Ballroom at 8:30 am every Tuesday and Thursday. If you have questions regarding this class, please call Jeanne Lincoln (765-7112) or Char Weakley (926-2599). Strong Adults Stay Young (SASY) Healthy Living Happy New Year Four Seasons! The photo above is a bit of nostalgia. We suffered the loss of several team members over the last few years. The pandemic took a toll on our emotions and certainly our thoughts on wellness. We remember Joyce Kerns, Jane Pearce and Mindy Venable. We carry them in our heart. We encourage you to visit and check out our program. The format has changed a bit. We enjoy a casual atmosphere where team members can share their wellness walk with team members. We meet every Wednesday at 9 am. Our location may change from time to time so check with the front desk for location. If you have any questions about our program, please call Dave and Karen Tuvim at (626) 710-7163.
