I have some good news for you - as you probably are aware, we are going to have The Lodge each Tuesday of the month starting Jan. 4, 2022 at 1 pm. This is much easier to remember than the second and third Fridays of the month, I am pleased that we were able to get this time. I thank the staff for being so kind to us. I would like to invite any one who would like to learn to play this game, to come in and join us. We would love to have you. For info contact Billye Hibbard at (951) 926-8880. Bridge Club Wanted! Bridge players… NEW DAY! We meet the second and third Fridays at 1 pm. There is a sign-up sheet in the Game Room. Come have some fun with us! Please be early — don't be late! Call Annette Smith for information at (951) 663-0949. Bunco Babes Happy New Year to you all. With new beginnings on the way ,we would like to invite you to join us in playing Bunco on the fourth Friday of the month starting with Jan. 28 at 1 pm in the Card Room. It is an easy dice game to play. If you are interested in having some fun and lots of laughs please call Julie Rodriguez at (951) 821-1970 or Lucille Gould at (909) 921-6067. We will go over the guidelines and rules beforehand so you will be ready to play. Hand & Foot Calling all card players and especially Hand & Foot card players. Are you a new resident and looking for an afternoon of fun? Come join us once a week. Even if you have never played the game, we can teach you quickly. Our group meets every Wednesday at 12:30 pm in the Multipurpose Room at The Lodge. There is no fee. Come as you are. Looking forward to meeting all new players and to welcome back previous players. ~ Pat and Bill Hall Mexican Train If you've never played Mexican Train, don't let that keep you from checking it out. It's a game played with dominoes and it's very easy to learn. We play on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm in The Lodge Multipurpose Room and would really enjoy seeing some new faces at the tables; everyone is welcome. Mah-Jongg Club The Mahjongg Club would like to invite you to join us and enjoy playing this game which dates back hundreds of years. If you are curious about the game come and learn how to play! If you are an experienced player who is new to our community please come and join our group. We play every Monday and Thursday from 1 to 3 pm in the Multipurpose Room. If you want to learn how to play, we have written instructions and someone is always available to teach you. You are welcome to come and observe anytime when we are playing. We also have birthday luncheons, holiday parties and other get-togethers throughout the year. We wish you all a very Happy and Healthy New Year! Scrabble Sadly, the Scrabble group is being disbanded effective January 1, 2022. We have made every effort to attract more players, but there just doesn't seem to be enough interest to keep the group going. Although it will no longer be an official club activity, the Scrabble games will still be located in one of the cabinets in the Multipurpose Room and any resident is welcome to make use of them as long as the room is available; The Lodge attendant will be able to assist you with this. Double Deck Pinochle Join us Fridays, 10 am in The Lodge Multipurpose Room. We are a small group hoping to expand. Don't know how to play double deck pinochle? We will teach you. It is a lot of fun.
