SOLERA BILLIARDS CLUB
On Dec. 8, the Billiards Club held its annual Christmas Party in the Oakmont Room. We had a great turnout with 37 members and guests
attending. Among our guests were several members of the new Ladies Billiards Group. It was great to get together again after missing last
year because of the pandemic. Food was catered by Famous Dave's Barbecue and was quite good.
We announced our annual awards. Player of the Year went to Harry Smith for the most 9-Ball wins, with the runner-up going to Roy Heller.
Gerald Kay won for Most Improved Player. Everyone had a great time. We play every Monday and Wednesday at 4 pm and Thursdays at 5:30
pm. All Solera residents are welcome to join us. ~ Dave Gilford
