30 | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | JANUARY 2022 |
Country Western Dance
Well, we just entered a new year. I think that for most of us the year of 2021 was better than year 2020. Let us hope and plan for an even
better year of 2022. We had our traditional Holiday Dance last month. Lots of dancing, good music, nice decorations and friendly people
made for an enjoyable and relaxing evening.
Line dance lessons will start for this year on Mon., Jan. 10, in the South Clubhouse at 7 pm. Since we haven't danced for over a month, please
come and we will all get back learning new dances to good music.
Due to a schedule conflict there will not be a lesson on Mon., Jan. 17.
Tap Dance
Happy New Year to you, from all of us!
Get your tap shoes on and start tapping. Great
form of exercise with the possibility of performing on

Enjoying The Season — IDS dancers
were pleased to be part of the evening's
entertainment following the Sun Lakes tree
lighting on Dec. 1, performing Mi Burrito
Sabanaro and Hawaiian Santa. On Dec. 3, we presented a full program
of international dances for our neighbors at The Lakes: Folkloric,
Indian, Hawaiian, Filipino, and Middle Eastern. All of us wish all of
you a very Happy New Year!
