I gave the Mixed Media Art Class a
challenge to work on materials, 5" x 7"
or smaller, and they had their choice of
medium and surface. The results are
wonderful.
This issue of the Breeze completes the
trilogy of articles with a focus on smaller
images. The artists and their work are as
follows:
Elephant and Calf: Pastel & Ink on black
paper by Laurie Wolfenden
Clay Wheel Turning: Pencil on paper by
Kitsy Anderson
Cherries Still Life: Water-based oils on
canvas by Denise Treacy
Tiger Lily: Scratchboard with color by
Micki Rosen
Classes are Mondays 10 am to 12 noon
and/or Wednesdays 6 to 8 pm in the Arts
& Crafts Room in The Lodge. There is a
nominal $5 fee per person, per session. If
