summer of 2022.
The Board met in executive session on
Dec. 13 to consider contract, legal and
disciplinary issues and review a delinquency
and took the following actions:
• Approved an annual tree trimming
contract with O'Connell Landscape
Management for an amount not to
exceed $80,575
• Approved a contract with Atlas Tree
Service to oversee the tree trimming at
an amount not to exceed $5,430
• Reviewed advice from legal counsel on
multiple issues, and
• Discussed an ongoing disciplinary
matter.
The Board met briefly prior to this meeting
to represent the Corporate Member of the
Ocean Hills Society for the Performing Arts
at their annual meeting and elected Board
members to fill the currently expiring terms.
The Board met in its Regular Monthly
Session on Dec. 16 and took the following
actions:
• Approved the Minutes of the meeting on
Nov. 18
• Accepted the financial report for
October 2021
• Approved fund transfers in excess of
$10,000
• Initiated the process to change rules
related to the use of lattice and the
procedures of the Architectural Review
Committee (ARC)
• Denied an appeal from a homeowner of
a ruling by the ARC regarding lattice
• Denied an appeal from a homeowner of
a ruling by the ARC regarding stained
glass
• Accepted Minutes of the golf course
construction team meetings
• Approved the preliminary design of the
golf course lake, including its capacity
• Authorized the Technical Oversight
Committee to select the final design
and contractor for the electrical service
to the lake and approved a contract
amount not to exceed $500,000
• Approved the design for installation
of plants and hardscape around the
booster pump station
• Approved the pump system for the well
• Approved a table to be staffed by
Directors at Do Dues Day.
