Rude Boy (The Music Lab)
Rude Boy is sure to end the Summer Concert Series with a bang on
Aug. 7, 7:30 pm at Stewart Park.
Growing up together in Beaumont, Jason Nutter and Dan Racadio
were surrounded by music. The pair played with other bands through
the years and they are still heavily involved with music. Joined by
Adair Cobley in 2005, they play gigs as Rude Boy. The band opened
the Music Lab about a year and a half ago. They wanted to open a
music store but that quickly developed into a studio for instrument
and voice lessons for all ages. Last year, through The Music Lab, the
trio started the Rock Star Academy over the summer, that taught
middle and high school youth songwriting and music management.
The kids were split into three groups based on age, and after their
six week study, performed a spectacular set with the band. For more
