| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | MARCH 2022 | 3 General Manager's Message By Rick Ruth, CMCA The Annual Membership Meeting is on Thurs., April 28. There are four positions up for re-election for two- year terms. Recently, a "Notice of Election & Candidate Listing" was emailed to residents. The "Notice of Election" contains election information and a list of candidates who qualified to run for the Board. If COVID restrictions are lifted in time, a "Meet the Candidates" night will be scheduled shortly after the ballots are mailed out. Please watch out for emails regarding this important night. Around March 22, the Annual Meeting Notice and ballots will be sent via first-class mail to all owners. It is very important that you exercise your membership rights and vote. If you have any questions about the process, please stop by the Lodge. Mari, our Assistant General Manager, or I, will be happy to answer your questions. I cannot stress how important and costly the election process is to the association's budget. So please vote! Also, be sure and sign the top left corner of the green envelope! Rules and Reg's Section 6.2: Bicycling on the Paseos & Sidewalks I brought this article up in last March's Herald and other times as well. Now it's official. The recently approved and published R&R's prohibit bicycling on the paseos and sidewalks. Please do not ride on them. I'm passing along a reminder that in the February Herald, the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) notified residents regarding solar panels and making changes without approval. Beginning this month and going forward, residents who make changes w/o approval will be subject to a hearing before the Board. The ARC and management have been dealing with "after the fact" improvements and too many residents have taken advantage of their good nature for far too long. So, please take five minutes out of your day to call Maria at the Lodge before you do any improvements to your yards. Also, if you would like to sign up on the Four Seasons Hemet website, here is the link: https://fourseasonshemet.connectresident. com. If you wish to receive emails and electronic communications from us (instead of paper copies), please stop by the front desk to get signed up. Questions? Please remember if you have an association related question, please call the Lodge at (951) 325-8188. If you have a service request or concern, you can submit it online or stop by the Lodge and speak to one of the staff members. They will assist you in filling out a Resident Communication Form. Thank you to all who read our articles! We hope you enjoy St. Patrick's Day! Fur baby of the Month To have your fur baby featured here, please send a high resolution photo with a caption to hemetherald@yahoo.com. Please put "Pets" in the subject line.
