Travel Group
NOTE: Due to scheduling conflicts, there has been a change in
the date and location of the March Travel Group meeting.
The March Travel Group meeting will be on Saturday, March
26 from 10 am to noon in the RCN Main room. Please mark your
calendars. We have exciting trips scheduled such as a concert at
Disney Concert Hall, Carlsbad Flower Fields, The Ramona Pageant,
and more!
Several members of the Travel Group visited the Ronald Reagan
Presidential Library in February to partake in the celebration of what
would have been Reagan's 111th birthday. Events included music by
the 1st Marine Division Band, a flyover by the Tiger Squadron, and
Laying of the Presidential Wreath among other special events. All
this was topped off by serving birthday cake to all attendees. It was
also thrilling to see the special FBI exhibit and be able to step aboard
Air Force One. A good time was had by all.
