Board Of Directors Meeting Highlight continued
Pedestrian Signage at Clubhouse Main Entrance: The
Access Control & Safety Committee presented two types of
signage to place in front of the Clubhouse Main Entrance,
which state "Stop for Pedestrians." This was proposed in an
effort to draw attention to drivers and reduce the possibility
of a pedestrian being struck by a car. The Board approved
purchase of the signage.
Audit and Tax Preparation for Year End April 30, 2022:
Management presented an engagement letter and proposal
from Newman Certified Public Accountants, PC to prepare the
Association's audit and tax preparation for the 2021-22 fiscal
year. The Board accepted the proposal at a cost not to exceed
$2,300.00.
Preparation of Ballot and Tabulation for Golf Course:
Management presented a proposal from The Inspectors
of Election to prepare the Golf Course Ballot Mailing and
"Virtual" tabulation of the votes. The services include Election
Administration and Inspector of Election Services. The Board
approved The Inspectors of Election company to perform the
Golf Course Ballot mailing and virtual tabulation of votes at a
cost not to exceed $7,664.00.
Soundstripe Music Subscription: In order for the
Communications Committee to legally stream music on the
Association's YouTube video feed of Board meetings or other
productions, each song or sound bite needs to be royalty free
or licensed. Our Audio/Visual Consultant Jake Henricksen
recommends subscribing to Soundstripe, which will allow use
of thousands of songs, sound effects and video to incorporate
into productions that are streamed to the residents. Approved
the subscription for $139.00 annually.
Replacement of Field Camera: The Communications
Committee would like to replace their existing XA25 field
camera with a XA45. The Board approved the purchase of the
Canon XA45 professional camcorder at a cost of $2,300.
