*Subsequent Offenses – After a 3rd offense, all subsequent incidents that occur within a 24-month period of the
date of the first offense, may result in a $25 increase added to the 3rd offense fine and may continue to increase by
an additional $25 added to the amount already fined for each offense thereafter and a possible 30-day suspension of
privileges.
In accordance with Civil Code #4360, Rule Making Procedures, these proposed rule revisions are presented for member review.
