I wanted to take time this month to update you
on projects that have been completed and some that
are coming up.
First things first, I want to thank Board Member
Linda Weiss and Dana Kilpatrick for joining Management on the landscape
walks. The Paseo is looking better now that the first phase of the missing
shrubs and trees have been installed. Coming soon, the second phase of the
missing shrubs and trees will be installed in addition to overseed in the Paseo
bare spots. Thanks again Linda and Dana helping keep the common area
landscape looking beautiful.
Also coming up, the replacement of the famous "Parking Lot Tree." The
replacement of the missing tree in the parking lot will begin on March 29 and
be completed by April 13. Please be advised that a large portion of the parking
lot may be closed during the duration of the project.
Reminder that while vendors are on site, residents are not to request or
direct them in any way. Doing so results in transfer of liability to the resident.
If you have any questions, suggestion, or comments with regards to vendors
and the project they are working on, please contact the office during regular
business hours.
Management will provide updates via the email blast, so keep you eyes open
for those. Happy spring!
