All pick-up and drop-off times are approximate, depending on the number of passengers. Face mask shall be worn when on the shuttle. There is no fee to ride the shuttle bus. Stop at Las Posas or continue to Costco. No food court so hot dog fix is available Tuesdays afternoon at the Costco in Carlsbad. Call OHCC Clubhouse before 3 pm the day before the scheduled trip. We're listening! How to get your voice heard... We're aware that many residents may have issues or concerns that they would like to be addressed, but may not know how to get answers. You can review the Homeowner's Handbook of Rules and Regulations to help you get some answers. Here's an overview of some steps to get your voice heard. First, you'll need to identify whether the issue falls under the responsibility of your Village or the Master Board/ HOA. Village: handles all issues regarding your front yards, roofs, village assessments. Master: handles all issues regarding the Common Areas of the community, amenities, and global community issues. If you are unsure, just contact the HOA Office and we can make sure the appropriate person receives the concern. In all cases, monthly Master Board meetings and quarterly Village Board Meetings provide a forum for you to address issues that concern you. You must be an owner to speak during the Homeowner Forum. You will receive an agenda for each meeting to advise you of the time, location, and topics to be discussed. Watch the Master Board Meeting on Channel 1960.
