We have a lot of fun together. Our special breakfast is enjoyed
with Sonia doing a great job of "getting our attention." We are a
noisy bunch.
The SASY program is strength training only. There are 12
exercises to tone legs, arms, and torso. Class time is one-half hour.
So, come and enjoy the first part of your day with us.
This class is free. We meet in The Lodge Ballroom at 8:30 am
every Tuesday and Thursday.
